I have used social imprints and I usually love working with them, Daniel is great and would always get back to me really fast. With that expectation I was slightly disappointed this time around when I left carious voicemails and never got a response until I went via email. I thought calling would be more direct but when I didn't get any calls back it made me worried. Obviously we got our product and it was smooth sailing from there but it did have me very nervous for a week.
The order was messed up, with the wrong logo printed. The new bags took over a week to get which was after the deadline that I needed them. Communication took a very long time to get design proofs and responses.
Took a while but we got there in the end.
The customer service is always excellent. I'm able to send off an email with a half-baked idea and be presented with options and guidance within 24 hours. I always feel like I know what to expect and can trust Social Imprints to guide me toward the right products for us and for the situation, not just the most expensive or fanciest items.
