Our core belief is that fully engaged employees deliver the best possible customer service. Since our opening in 2009, Social Imprints (SI) has become one of the nation’s most successful branding companies. In our first 8 months, we generated nearly $1 million in sales and received San Francisco Weekly’s prestigious “Startup of the Year” award.

In 2011, Bloomberg Business Week named us its “Social Entrepreneur of the Year.” In 2013, we reached $5 million in sales (barely 3 years after opening our doors), a feat almost unprecedented in the promotional products industry. However, as CEO Jeff Sheinbein explains, we are the most proud of our 95% customer service rating. (Based on over 300 returned surveys from 2010-2013.)

Who are our clients?

We work with more than 1500 nationally recognized brands, including AOL, Dolby, LinkedIn, Jet Blue, Stanford, USF, Wikipedia, and Playworks. These companies care deeply about their brands, so they’re extremely picky about the smallest details of their promotional products.

We’ve built a reputation as the “go-to” printer for many of Silicon Valley’s elite firms, including Dropbox, Pinterest, Hearsay, Giant Bomb, Practice Fusion, Venmo, Square, Weebly, Clearslide, and Lyft.

Why event organizers love Social Imprints

Our full-service branding options have attracted the attention of organizers of events such as Data.2.0, Win Shuttle, and the Crunchies (the Academy Awards of the tech industry). The organizers chose Social Imprints as the Official Printer for their conferences. (SI will be featured at the 2014 SXSW technology pavilion in Austin.)

Event organizers love our one-stop services: screen printing, promotional products, embroidery, paper printing, and our extremely convenient online account management services, custom web stores, and fulfillment solutions.

Angel Investors choose Social Imprints

SI has secured funding from some of the nation’s most prominent angel investors: Mike Hannigan, President of Give Something Back; James Lincoln, CEO of Illuminated Funds; Henry Vandermark, President of Solar Wave Energy; and Josh Mailman, founder of Serious Change. (Josh is the founding investor of Stonyfield Farms; Josh also started the Social Venture Network, a nonprofit that connects hundreds of business leaders to help build a just and sustainable economy.)
