Quick to answer questions, but overall processes have room for improvement- had to ask for both the original invoice and the second payment invoice after the fact, received confirmaiton of shipping and other info days after our order arrived.
we were missing one of the 3X sizes of the white shirts with sleeves
Nathan helped us create a seamless process, and we have hit no bumps so far. Love how easy it is and how great the product looks!
