Previously we experienced great service. This time we didn't receive any communication about our order needing to be cancelled and recreated until I emailed for an update the date we were supposed to receive our shirts. The new expected date of delivery was going to be 3 days after the date of our event. When I expressed concern our order was expedited and delivered on time so it all worked out but some communication from the beginning would have been appreciated.
