It was tough settling on a delivery time and schedule. We went back and forth over email, when I feel a call would have been appropriate to discuss the details of the delivery if Alexa knew that it would not be humanly possible to get us the shipment on the date expected.

Alexa and Nathan were always a pleasure to speak with. I knew that I could call them at any point in the day and have a prompt response and have my concerns addressed immediately.

Eric & team were great! We had a last minute request for t-shirt printing at an event and Eric was able to turn it around in less than a week.
