This project was kind of a 'fire-drill' out of nowhere and our rep Eric CRUSHED it - staying on top of things, and guiding us through the project process like a champ. He was willing to go the extra mile and offered to spend a bit of his personal time if need be to make sure we were satisfied - which I believe we did not make necessary, but he went out of his way to make sure every question we had was answered and that we felt very comfortable with everything before next steps were taken.
