It was tough settling on a delivery time and schedule. We went back and forth over email, when I feel a call would have been appropriate to discuss the details of the delivery if Alexa knew that it would not be humanly possible to get us the shipment on the date expected.

Great communication and delivery as always. Good quality, too. There was a lag (7 days) between the first proof and the updated proof. I believe Daniel had a challenge getting the source to update the proof, so I don't fault Social Imprints for it.
