Love the product, love the team. Had some complications with getting receipts, as our credit card was charged for deposit, but couldn't easily get that receipt.

Swag came out great and the team has good swag ideas, but communication/responses are sometimes very slow. We often have to email multiple times or call to get swag orders finalized. We'd love to see the speed pick up.
