Over several weeks I worked with a sales associate and was very clear we needed our pins for a specific date for an event. there was a delay and the pins were going to be late. But he turned it around and got us buttons to cover us if they did not arrive.

As always Nathan was FABULOUS. He's the best to work with. So flexible and gave us great options in our price range. The sweatshirt that I ended up going with was hugely discounted which is great. however, the sample that was sent to me was an XL (I had requested a small). The XL seemed sized fine. However, upon seeing the actual finished product, a size small is the same size as a normal large would be. It is HUGE. I wish I would have known this. I would have used a different sweatshirt. These are for teenagers so the smalls are going to be WAY too big for any of the girls.
