I ordered Corn Silk shirts which I thought were yellow and I received a salmon colored shirt. I was not notified that the color that I wanted was not in stock and another color would be used.
Unfortunately, though product was delivered we ended up returning them due to a tagging issue.
I would have liked more info about where we were in the process and what was next, including more accurate timelines. The turn-around to deliver finished goods too months longer than expected. It was made up for by reducing the price accordingly, but it was a somewhat dissatisfying experience. I'm using you guys again, with a hard deadline, hopefully, I won't encounter the same issue.
I have used social imprints and I usually love working with them, Daniel is great and would always get back to me really fast. With that expectation I was slightly disappointed this time around when I left carious voicemails and never got a response until I went via email. I thought calling would be more direct but when I didn't get any calls back it made me worried. Obviously we got our product and it was smooth sailing from there but it did have me very nervous for a week.
Designer creator would be helpful -- similar to CustomInk or UberPrints; took four attempts to get the design correct
The response time was very long.
Too slow at responding. A little dosorganized as well.
